How to Enter:
1. Comment on this post with your website URL or blog URL. (One URL per comment, but you may enter in as many URLs as you want in this giveaway.)
2. On your website/blog (the one you entered in the comment) post about the Directory or even this giveaway with a link pointing to http://beautyblog-saledirectory.blogspot.com/2009/07/spread-word-giveaway.html. Make sure it is clickable because that is the only way it will count.
3. Or have a link pointing to http://beautyblog-saledirectory.blogspot.com/2009/07/spread-word-giveaway.html anywhere on your website/blog, Again make sure it is clickable
4. And then hope that you get enough clicks from your blog/websiteThere will be a total of 3 winners.
How will I determine the winners?
There will be a prize for 1st and 2nd place for having the most visits come from their blog/website. I will run a report that will show me where readers come from. It will show me the list of websites/blogs and obviously the ones with the most will be at the top. The top 2 will be the winners. I will also reveal the website/tracker that I've used and provide a screenshot.For those that didn't win will have a chance at winning a consolation prize just for entering the contest and ultimately spreading the word about the Directory.
I will pick one winner from the pool of entries (minus 1st and 2nd place winners) using a random number generator or I might go the old fashion way and do it up raffle style, depending on how many entries we get.
What will be the prizes?
Prizes are yet to be determined. But don't worry, I will make them worthwhile. I did not think that we would get this many followers that quick. I will announce prizes as soon as I gather them up.
What is the time frame?
The contest runs from now until July 31, 2009.
When will you announce the winners?
Winners will be announced within a few days of the ending date.
RULES
1. You must have a blog or website in order to enter.
2. You must post about or have a link on your site that points to the Directory
3. Your link must be clickable (that's how it will be tracked).
4. This giveaway is open to everyone worldwide (provided you follow all the rules).
5. You may enter as many websites as you want, but they will count as separate entries. I will not combine 2 different websites/blogs.
6. The link (pointing to the Directory) can be placed on any page on your website/blog. I will count everything that has the same domain name for example:http://www.jroseonline.com & http://www.jroseonline.com/07/2009/SOTW.html will count as 2 separate visits.7. You do not have to be a follower of the Directory.
8. Please make sure you have contact information (an email address) on your website/blog should you be one of the winners.I hope that's not too confusing. =)
Things to note:
You must make sure to let your readers know to click on the link (pointing to the Directory) from your website/blog. If they click the link from their google reader, email or twitter, it will not count.
