fotn: pink olives, updates

LOL at the name! You cant even tell that the olive green is there. This is the first look I did that I like and isnt smokey. Haha. I always thought brights and neutrals didnt suit me. I feel better with the more dramatic smoked out looks. If I wore bright colors I have to have my carbon mixed in somewhere lol. And guess what? Kinda irrelevant, My face is sorta clearing up from the breakouts. I still dont know what caused it, but thanks to my new HG facial wash: Loreal Skin Genesis Deep Purifying Foaming Cream Cleanser. I've been using it for the past three weeks or so and I love it. I love how it has the micro beads for exfoliating. It leaves my face feeling so smooth and clean. I gotta stock up on it too, everytime I go kmart theres never any left. Hopefully they didnt stop selling it.

Okay so, I need ONE more follower for my contest to take effect [as of 07/10]. And I still dont know what to do as far as the makeup part goes. I have a few ideas but it doesnt seem legit enough, to me at least. Lol! All the good ideas have already been done. But we'll see, so stay tuned!

Yesterday was my third year anniversary employed at H.I.S. Guam Inc [Japanese Tour Agent]. You know what that means? I get Fifteen days of paid vacation + 6 days off, three whole weeks of doing nothing and I dont have to worry about not getting paid. My boyfriend and I are planning to go on a trip off island. But to where?! I really wna go to the Philippines because I haven't been there since 1999, that's ten years ago. His parents were planning to go Vegas to visit my brother-in-law, my friend Jenny his gf and the baby [due sept]. Of course we dont wna miss out on that too. And we also wna go JAPAN! I am fascinated with the Japanese culture and language eversince I took up japanese class in highschool. Lucky thing I took that class instead of spanish. Guam is a huge tourist spot. The bf wants to go there of course because of the CARRRS! I dont get it, but then again he says the same thing to me with my makeup haha! So thats all the update I have for now, later ladies!

My first blog swap

I did a couple of swaps [ok 2 only actually] at the beginning of last week and one of them came in last Friday. I was so excited because I wasnt expecting it for another few days. We went to the Post Office to check if his car parts he ordered were in, I waited in the car of course. Then I see him coming back with a smile that he's trying to cover up. haha and says you have a package from Mikalya - Our Goddaughter, Krystal's Daughter. I wish I wasnt in so much hurry to send out my package to Krystal. Coz I wanted to get something for Mikayla too. But I told myself anyway, her 2nd birthday is coming up. I MISS HERRR! She is the happiest/smartest baby I know.

I have been sick since Sunday night and it sucks like hell. I've had to force myself to work because we're kinda getting busy and that's done no good for me [except when payday comes hehe]. It's getting worse by the minute. Because im coughing crazy, im developing sore throat. My nose is sore and dry from running like a faucet [lol how ironic does that sound]. On top of that, I just cant sleep under this condition so I have headaches like 24/7. I was freaking out coz I was thinking, oh no I think I have the swine flu. I went to the clinic after work yesterday, I waited almost 45 minutes to be seen by doctor and it only took her about 10 - 15 minutes to check me. All she did was use the stethoscope to hear my lungs said I was weezing a very tiny bit because of the cough and phlegm and prescribed me the cough meds. I hate that doctor, she's not very thorough. My preferred doctors were busy and it was almost time for them to close. GRRR!

On a better note, I've swapped [for the first time] some things with Krystal and DSK Stephanie. I cant wait for them to come in, i'll post on it once I get them. I was kinda skeptical about swapping but I trust them. They are both having a makeup blog sales, click on their links to take you there. The promo for free shipping on orders $50 or more is only for the u.s. mainland : ( bummer. So I told the boyfriend that im going to order with Cheysser and Shantee, he was getting so upset and I didnt know where this was coming from. So we argued a bit coz he was being so silly. I swear these boys just get sillier and sillier. Anyway, I found out that he already ordered something for me and thats why he was trying to stop me. Haha. I guess it was supposed to be a surprise, a get well present. LOL. I will definitely get well! He knew about the price drop because he ordered for me a while back and he gets the newsletters too. So he reads my blog [I love you babe, happy 73rd monthsary 07/03] and looks at my MU wishlist. He got something totally different haha. Its the thought that counts though and im quite happy with what he got or even that he got me something. I've been wanting the 88 shimmer palette and the 10 blush palette, instead he got me the 42 double stack shimmer eyeshadow and blush palette.

It's $10 cheaper and who needs all 88 shimmer colors anway? I have about a gajillion eyeshadows and I dont even use all of them. The blush palette that comes in the double stack is slightly different colors than the regular one but thats ok. Gosh im so excited! I feel kinda bad though coz I was the one who asked Cheysser to order with me. I probably will, I want the Magnetized Pan/Palette and some brushes. So Cheysssserrr whenever you're ready bebe doll. LOL.
